Day 3 - Moretonhampstead to Glastonbury, 74 miles

We stopped for lunch at Broadhembury having skirted Exeter. Really good pub with excellent wild mushroom tagliatelle - best meal so far.

They use this village for period films/tv - notice no satellite dishes.

The green shows the elevation - much flatter than yesterday with only half the climbing.

Stats for those that like numbers - slow heart rate as recovering from much faster 2000m climbing yesterday.
We arrived in Glastonbury at 5.30pm passing through country lanes and the Ilse of Avalon

We are only 40minutes from home. Felt odd being in our own territory.
The shops are as one would expect.

This man was happy to be in the photo (I asked). He told me he was taking in the last of sun.

Roadkill - mouse, shrew, squirrel, unidentified amorphous metallic/red object
Distance - 74miles but much easier than Dartmoor
Highpoint - wonderful company cycling with very fine LEJOGers
Low point - got very cold cycling into North Curry
Triathlon training - 30min 'Strength & Conditioning'
